The principle: everything stays with you

The tools on this site run entirely in your browser. Your calculations, notes, checklists and weigh-ins are stored locally (localStorage) on your device and are never sent to a server.

If you create an account (optional)

An account is only used to sync your data across devices. In that case our database host (Supabase, European Union region) stores: your email address and your tool data (e.g. weigh-ins). Nothing else — no name, no ad profile, no resale.

Deletion

You can delete your cloud data at any time from the My account page (“Delete my data” button). To delete the account itself, email us — removed within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising cookies by default. If ads (Google AdSense) are enabled, a consent banner will be shown as required by GDPR. Optional analytics (Plausible) work without cookies or personal data.
